Alumina ceramics are divided into high purity type and ordinary type two.
The Al2O3 content of high purity alumina ceramics is more than 99.9%. Because the sintering temperature is as high as 1650 ~ 1990ºC and the transmission wavelength is 1 ~ 6μm, the platinum crucible is generally replaced by molten glass. Resistant to alkali metal corrosion for sodium lamps; It can be used as integrated circuit substrate and high frequency insulation material in the electronics industry.
Ordinary alumina ceramics are divided into 99 porcelain, 95 porcelain, 90 porcelain, 85 porcelain and so on. According to Al2O3 content. Sometimes the Al2O3 content is 80% or 75%, which is also classified as ordinary alumina ceramic series.
